Therefore we’ve been changing and adapting as a business to give you our customer the best possible service in an uncertain time.

Where shipping times have become changeable on what is now on a daily basis, we can assure you that we take every possible step to ensure that your package gets to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately due to congested shipping channels and constantly rising shipping costs we have had to make the decision to reduce the number of items that we are able to ship. This is due to the cost of shipping larger and heavier items coming at a loss for us as a company. We are however keeping an eye on the changing situations so we can start to make our full range of products available to you as soon as we can. Currently there are some delays with processing packages through customs in Canada and the US. This is something that is out of our control and will delay your package getting to you.
