INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Emerald Seaside is headquartered in Finland and may have service providers in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the Finland or other locations outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
Transfers of personal data outside the country must be carefully reviewed prior to the transfer taking place. This depends partly on the adequacy of the safeguards for personal data applicable in the receiving country and this may change over time.

The Service is not intended for use by children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information about children under age 16 through the Service. You have the right to obtain from the Emerald Seaside the erasure of personal data without undue delay and Emerald Seaside shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where applicable in accordance to the Article 17 GDPR.
