Refund Policy


All refund requests are sent to our Customer Support management to be handled in a case-by-case manner. Refunds may only be granted for charges made in the last 30 days.


Refund requests are to be sent via ticket to our Support help desk. In order to receive a quick answer, please let us know that you would like a refund, with a clear explanation of why you are not happy. We love to know where things went wrong or how we can improve our work. No refunds are provided after 30 days of your date of purchase.

If there is no Physical Damage to the Product, Buyer is responsible sending the product back and covers the shipping cost.

In case of Damaged Product, Customer support Management will require any video or picture of the damaged product. It would be handled in a case-by-case manner.

If you request a refund from your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, the Billing company at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorized use, block your account or card from use at all Emerald Seaside network websites. This will not however prevent unauthorized use at non-Emerald Seaside properties, and is not a substitution for your contacting your financial institution to prevent further misuse


Customs, Duties & Taxes

The buyer is the importer of the product in their own country and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the buyer; Emerald Seaside has no control over these charges, nor can Emerald Seaside predict what they may be. Emerald Seaside is therefore not responsible for these charges.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates

If you have not received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us. Thank you for purchasing our products.
